Ankita Pandey
Making mothers rediscover their identity beyond motherhood by helping them move from self-doubt to confidence, guilt to self-worth, and overwhelm to empowerment.
About Ankita Pandey
Ankita Pandey is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Psychotherapist, and Motherhood Coach dedicated to helping mothers reconnect with themselves and rediscover their identity beyond motherhood.
Her professional work has been shaped not only by her training and experience but also by a deeply personal journey through self-doubt, low self-esteem, emotional challenges, motherhood, and the pressures that often accompany being a mother.
Today, she uses her experience, professional knowledge, and multidisciplinary approach to support mothers who may feel lost, overwhelmed, guilty, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from the person they were before motherhood.
A Journey of Resilience & Transformation
For much of her early life, Ankita struggled with low self-esteem, self-doubt, lack of confidence, harsh judgments, sarcasm, and moments of feeling lost and overwhelmed.
A deeply transformative chapter began when she became a mother. Her son was born with CTEV, commonly known as clubfoot, and the family later faced challenges related to delayed speech.
Those experiences brought intense emotional challenges. Like many mothers facing difficult circumstances, Ankita questioned herself, experienced guilt and fear, and faced judgment from people around her.
But quitting was never an option for her.
Through continuous inner work, self-reflection, determination, and personal growth, she began rebuilding herself step by step. She chose courage over collapse, growth over guilt, and resilience over self-pity.
That personal transformation eventually became the foundation of her professional mission: helping other mothers rebuild their confidence and reconnect with their own identity.
The Mom.ENTUM Method
Ankita Pandey’s signature approach, the Mom.ENTUM Method, is centered around helping mothers reconnect with their identity while navigating the emotional, mental, and personal demands of motherhood.
The method reflects her belief that becoming a mother should not mean losing the individual woman behind the role.
Through a combination of coaching, self-reflection, emotional tools, CBT-based practices, EFT practices, and energy tools, she works toward helping mothers develop greater self-awareness, confidence, emotional clarity, and personal empowerment.
Her work focuses on moving mothers from self-doubt to confidence, guilt to self-worth, overwhelm to clarity, and disconnection to a stronger sense of identity.

Helping Mothers Rediscover Their Identity
One of the central themes of Ankita Pandey’s work is the identity transformation that can accompany motherhood.
Motherhood can be deeply fulfilling, but it can also bring changes in priorities, relationships, routines, confidence, personal freedom, and the way a woman perceives herself.
Ankita believes that a mother can love her children deeply while still making space for her own identity, aspirations, emotional needs, confidence, and personal growth.
Her work therefore encourages mothers to understand that caring for themselves and rediscovering their identity can be an important part of their overall personal journey.
From Self-Doubt to Confidence
Self-doubt can influence the way mothers view their decisions, capabilities, appearance, relationships, careers, and personal choices.
Ankita’s coaching approach focuses on helping mothers become more aware of the beliefs and thought patterns that may be holding them back.
Through structured coaching and therapeutic practices, she encourages women to build greater self-awareness, confidence, emotional resilience, and trust in their own ability to make conscious choices.
Moving Beyond Guilt & Overwhelm
Guilt is a common emotional experience for many mothers, particularly when they feel they are not doing enough for their children, family, career, or themselves.
Ankita’s work encourages mothers to examine these feelings with greater awareness rather than allowing guilt to define their identity.
Her approach aims to help mothers create healthier emotional boundaries, understand their needs, and develop a more balanced relationship with themselves.
Professional Approach
Ankita Pandey brings together her experience as a Certified Life Coach and Certified Psychotherapist with her understanding of the emotional realities of motherhood.
Her approach combines coaching and therapeutic perspectives with CBT practices, EFT practices, energy tools, self-reflection, and personal development.
Rather than focusing only on a mother’s role within the family, her work looks at the woman as an individual with her own emotional needs, identity, aspirations, strengths, and potential.
